Josep Mas, born 1954, teacher at ESADE and Business Consultant. Over 20 years experience team management at the top management level of companies like KPMG, Arbora or Pronovias. Vast experience as coach and trainer in Leadership Qualities for many companies and first line organisations. Graduate and Postgraduate in Business Management and Administration from ESADE. He has furthered his studies in New York, Oxford, London, Frankfurt, Brussels and Milan. He is an expert in matters relating to Leadership and Personal and Professional Development. He exercises as coach and consultant for various top business directors as well as sitting on the advisory board of different companies.

Enric Paredes, born 1964, partner and director of an important auditing and business administration firm. 15 years experience at top management levels of important auditing firms both nationally and internationally. He is representative member in Girona of the Col·legi de Censors Jurats de Comptes de Catalunya and sits on its managing board of directors. Co-founder member of Grup 20. Member of Fórum Millora Contínua de BCN. Economics graduate from Universitat Central de Barcelona and diploma in Business Administration from IESE, Universidad de Navarra. Jaume Bergé, born 1970, partner in an important investment banking company. Over 10 years experience as business manager in capital risk ventures for prestigious national and international businesses. He has spent the best part of his professional life working in London on important projects in investment banking. Graduate and MBA from ESADE in Barcelona and RPI in New York. He is currently working on the board of administration of several companies and specialises in buying up companies and in providing recurrent assessment for governmental bodies. His usual professional exchanges lie in outlining business strategies and in creating value for small companies with a rapid growth rate.

Xavier Escoté, born 1965, founder and representative member of Deister. National leader in integrated software for business management targetted at both pimes (micro, small and medium companies) and big corporations. Its distinctiveness lies in a strong innovative character, its use of advanced technology and in always giving priority to investment in research and development. Owner of Fundació Femcat and Fundació Histocat, his company has been awarded several prizes and distinctions and has been the object of research by IESE students as a case study in business management.

Oriol Guiu, born 1982, analist for an important investment banking company.Two years experience working in corporate finance. Involved in operations concerning important companies nationally. Graduate and MBA from ESADE in Barcelona and UCLA from Los Angeles. He collaborates in a teaching capacity on the B.A course at ESADE since 2006.
