Jaume Sanabras, born 1964, economist. Graduated in Sociology of Organisations from the Universitat de Barcelona. Diploma in Business Administration from IESE, Universidad de Navarra,1999. Founder and member of the advisory board of Fundació Femcat in Barcelona. Member of Fórum Millora Contínua de BCN. Honor President of Fòrum Carlemany in Girona and in this capacity, acts as Vocal Consultor de Ple for Girona's Cambra de Comerç. His professional career spans from Brand Manager for Solvay&Cie, a farmaceutical and chemical multinational, to Assistant Managing Director for Casademont, a Catalan enterprise in the food sector. In 1996 he founds EKM Group Human Capital, a group of companies offering professional services in Human Resources. He is, at present, its representative member.

Joan Vila,born 1977. Over 7 years professional experience in finance in several prestigious companies. Joins EKM in 2003 as Controller evolving within the company to the position of Financial Director. In 2006 as part of of a defined career and business expansion plan he takes on the corporate management of EKM. Economics graduate from the Universitat de Barcelona and in Administration Control from EADA, Barcelona. He participates on the Programa Vicens Vives on Leadership and Civic Compromise at ESADE in Barcelona. He is an active member of the Grup Financer de Fórum Carlemany.

Francesc Barrientos, born 1975. Over 10 years experience on the comercial side of business. Starts his professional career in a large distribution company and later works as a representative for a large multinational company in the Temporary Work sector. Joins Marlex as office representative evolving to the position of Area representative and in 2006 takes over the management of the company. He is a Philosophy graduate and has specialised in labour related and comercial aspects of business He is an active member of Grup Comercial de Fòrum Carlemany.
