EKM Group sees the light in Girona in 1996, created out of the need to set up an important group of professional services dealing in the management and direction of human resources.

Present today in the human resource sector we total a number of up to 28 offices, a team of up to ninety professionals, 70% of which are university degree holders, over the whole catalan territory.

The group consists of 4 companies: Marlex, Eurogrup,Advisum and Nominex. Our strategic plan aims at seventy offices by 2012 and to become the leading reference in our particular sector maintaining a 100% of our capital in Catalunya.

We try keeping up our capacity for renewal and entrepreneurial dynamism so much so that our growth in the last four years has always remained above the annual 40% profit mark, way above the market average. We donate 5% of our profits annually to social causes.

Our professional activity is carried out on the basis of three guiding principles. Rigour, Proximity and Expertise.
